Job Title: Radiology Staff Nurse
Location: Concord, MA
Pay: $3,127.20 per week
Shifts: 40 hours, 7:30am-6:00pm, 4x10s, Mon-Fri with variability and rotating call

Key Responsibilities of the Radiology Staff Nurse
- Comply with policies and procedures to provide optimal patient care
- Prioritize patient needs and function as a patient advocate
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and ECG changes
- Recognize, document, and assist in the treatment of contrast reactions
- Intervene in emergency situations
- Assist radiologists with special procedures requiring professional nursing skills
- Administer conscious sedation and monitor patients accordingly
- Assess need for and administer other medication as appropriate
- Provide continuity of care for critically ill patients
- Demonstrate skill in using special equipment like monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators
- Document patient status and nursing interventions
- Comply with patient identification protocol
- Prioritize nursing responsibilities within the department
- Provide health teaching and procedural information to patients and families
Requirements of the Radiology Staff Nurse
- MA RN License
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- 3 to 5 years of nursing experience
- Critical care experience
- Proficiency in physical assessment, aseptic techniques, and IV skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer skills required
- Ability to maintain confidential information
