You are involved throughout the sales process, supporting both customers and colleagues This includes: Handling incoming customer enquiries and ensuring proper follow‑up. Preparing quotations and actively following up on offers. Supporting account managers with orders and a range of commercial activities. Staying in close contact with internal teams and external partners. Identifying and flagging opportunities or potential risks where relevant. Keeping customer and project information up to date. Actively contributing to improving processes and working more efficiently.
