About the Role
Support children and families within kinship arrangements through assessment, review, and tailored intervention planning.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver integrated and effective care plans.
Manage complex safeguarding cases while promoting children’s wellbeing and educational outcomes.
Provide mentoring and professional guidance to junior social workers within the team.
Conduct home visits, telephone assessments, and face-to-face meetings with families and carers.
Lead and contribute to multi-agency meetings, ensuring decisions reflect the best interests of children.
