As a Front Office Coordinator at Samsung SDS, you are responsible for monitoring deliveries and ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in full. You are the first point of contact for customers regarding shipments and transport related topics.
In this role, you closely monitor in transit shipments and provide customers with timely and proactive updates regarding delays, risks or changes in delivery status. You also act as the first escalation point for customers, carriers and colleagues during daily operations.

You will work within the Front Office department of Samsung SDS. The department is responsible for ensuring that Samsung deliveries are delivered on time and in full.
The team works closely together with logistic service providers and Samsung Electronics to provide timely and proactive updates regarding delivery statuses. The responsibility of the department starts from the moment trucks depart from the warehouses until deliveries are completed successfully.
The team focuses on maintaining the On Time Delivery KPI and On Time Information on Delivery KPI above target levels and takes preventive actions when risks or delays occur.

You are customer-oriented, proactive and able to stay calm in a fast-paced logistics environment. You know how to communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders and can handle escalations in a constructive way.
