<h5><span>ABOUT THE ROLE</span></h5><div><p><span>As a QA Manager, you’ll shape how quality evolved and maintained across your product areas. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to manage risk and continuously improve how we deliver. This role combines hands-on leadership, team growth, and building scalable, efficient quality practices.</span></p></div><div><h6><span>You will:</span></h6></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process, ensuring software meets defined quality standards prior to release. <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Drive a culture of quality by embedding best practices across the SDLC/STLC and promoting continuous process improvement. <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Define and implement QA strategy, including test frameworks, test plans, automation approach, and quality metrics to improve efficiency and coverage. <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, influencing quality-related decisions and risk management. <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support individual growth and development. <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Encourage cross-team collaboration and contribute to collaborative engineering culture.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><h5><span>Required qualifications:</span></h5></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Proven experience leading quality with solid communication and decision-making skills </span></p></li></ul><div><ul><li><p><span>Deep understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience in risk analysis and risk management <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in QA metrics <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Strong background in сhange management <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><h5><span>Nice-to-haves:</span></h5></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Proactive problem solver with a strong business mindset <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>ISTQB certifications <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience with test automation and modern QA tools <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Familiarity with backup, storage, or data protection technologies</span></p></li></ul></div></div><h5>About us</h5><p>Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.</p><p>We protect our customers against everything, ranging from ransomware to simple accidents.</p><p>The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.</p><p>We pride ourselves on backing up billions of objects over foreign APIs using imperfect networks on systems with finite memory and making it all happen in a performant, reliable, and predictable way.</p><p><span><strong>As we collaborate across locations, English is our primary language.
