About the Role
Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with a major developer within the construction space on a Supply Chain Compliance Manager role.
This role will lead the Compliance Team and is a pivotal leadership role within the supply chain systems function, supporting the delivery of the wider compliance strategy across construction and framework operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 5 Supply Chain Compliance Coordinators
Oversee onboarding and pre-qualification of all supply chain partners
Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal, regulatory and H&S requirements
Maintain and improve supply chain compliance systems and records
Review and assess insurances, accreditations, RAMS and statutory documentation
Partner with operational, SHEQ and commercial teams to ensure compliant supplier engagement
Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions or escalation
Support audits, accreditations and ongoing supply chain performance reviews
About You
Experience in construction, compliance, procurement or supply chain governance
Proven people management and leadership capability
Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgement
Good understanding of construction competency frameworks and compliance requirements
Organised, detail-focused and confident in decision-making
Clear communicator able to influence internal and external stakeholders
The position will offer
Base salary - £41,000 to £47,000 DoE
£4,700 car allowance
