About the Role
As a Mid Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing and optimizing business processes in the area of customer service and field service operations,
Configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning,
Preparing business and technical documentation,
Creating and executing test scenarios,
Implementing solutions based on Salesforce best practices,
Working with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
✅ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant (including at least 1 year with Service Cloud and FSL),
Hands-on knowledge of Flow, process automation, field service mobile configuration,
An analytical mindset and the ability to map business processes (e.g., BPMN),
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams,
Excellent command of English (min. B2/C1),
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
