<h2>Electrician</h2> <h2>Glasgow Full-time, Permanent</h2> <h3>Join My Client</h3> My client is a well-established and growing building services provider, delivering high-quality electrical, mechanical, and facilities solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a qualified Electrician to join their team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated electrician looking for stability, strong earnings, and long-term career development within a professional environment. <h2>The Role</h2> You will be responsible for carrying out a mix of reactive maintenance, planned works, and small installations across commercial and domestic properties. This is a mobile role, working across a varied portfolio including retail, commercial, and public sector environments. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Electrical maintenance and fault finding</li> <li>Carrying out EICRs, remedials, and minor works</li> <li>Installation of electrical systems and components</li> <li>Responding to reactive call-outs when required</li> <li>Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations</li> <li>Completing job reports and compliance documentation</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)</li> <li>18th Edition Wiring Regulations</li> <li>Experience in maintenance and/or facilities environments</li> <li>Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Full UK driving licence</li> <li>Testing & inspection (2391/2394/2395) desirable</li> </ul> <h2>Package</h2> <ul> <li>£35,000 – £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience)</li> <li>Realistic earnings up to £45,000+ with overtime/on-call</li> <li>Company van and fuel card</li> <li>Overtime and call-out rota available</li> <li>28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service</li> <li>Company pension scheme</li> <li>Paid travel time / expenses where applicable</li> <li>Ongoing training and qualifications support</li> </ul> WR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
