A prestigious 5-star hotel in Hampshire is searching for a confident and articulate Duty Manager to join their management team. This world-renowned property is celebrated for its outstanding service, elegant surroundings, and exceptional guest experience. As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the front of house and food & beverage departments.

£34,200 per annum plus circa £3,600 service charge
Working 48 hours per week, across 5 days

Responsibilities as the Duty Manager…
Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times
Acting as the first point of contact for both guests and staff, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Supporting and coordinating front of house and F&B teams to maintain seamless service
Ensuring all departments are running smoothly and in line with the hotel’s high standards
Assisting with administrative duties and reporting as required
The ideal Duty Manager will…
Have proven experience within both front of house and food & beverage in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
Be articulate, confident, and a strong communicator
Have knowledge of OPERA Cloud (desirable but not essential)
Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential)
Be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering luxury hospitality
