Service Desk Coordinator
Temp - Perm
We're looking for a Service Desk Coordinator with strong customer service skills and an interest or background in plant or construction machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule workshop jobs and coordinate engineer workloads
Manage warranty jobs and claims
Act as the main customer contact (phone and face‑to‑face)
Liaise with engineers to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain accurate service records and job information
Handle customer queries and provide repair updates
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational ability and multitasking
Knowledge of plant, agricultural, or similar machinery (preferred)
Confident working with engineers and customers
Experience with cash or trade customers (advantageous)
Basic computer and scheduling system skills
