About the Role
<p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">To provide clinical assessments on potential patients of all ages and to provide accurate assessment data to the provider to determine if inpatient psychiatric care is needed. To provide alternatives and appropriate referrals for patients who are not in need of psychiatric inpatient admission. Functions as a liaison between the patient and the on-call psychiatrist or other personnel as appropriate. Keeps clear and accurate documentation and completes the admission process when necessary.
