Accounting

Three years, full-time
Three 1-year rotations

Eligibility:

BBA/Bachelor’s in accounting

Commercialization

Three years, full-time
Four 9-month rotations

Eligibility:

MBA and former BMS Commercial intern

Finance

Two years, full-time
Four 6-month rotations 

Eligibility:

MBA with experience in finance or analytics

Global Product Development & Supply Emerging Leaders

2.5-3 years, full-time
Four hands-on rotations 

Eligibility:

MS, MBA or PhD with background in STEM, healthcare or supply chain; Must have flexibility to relocate

People Organization

Three years, full-time
Three 12-month rotations 

Eligibility:

Master’s degree with focus on human resources and prior success as a BMS HR summer intern

Technology

Two years, full-time
Three 8-month rotations

Eligibility:

MBA or relevant Master’s with at least 3 years of experience in digital or technology

Technology - DigITal Accelerator Program

Two years, full-time

Two 1-year rotations

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in digital or technology field
