SEND Teacher (Communication & Interaction) – Coventry

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Coventry to recruit a SEND Teacher for a Communication and Interaction Resource Base. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The specialist provision supports pupils with Autism and speech and language needs through highly personalised teaching. The school offers specialist SEND CPD and works closely with therapists and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalised learning programmes
• Support pupils to achieve EHCP outcomes
• Develop communication and independence skills
• Work alongside therapists and SEND professionals

Pre-requisites:

•  Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
•  Proven experience in Primary Education
•  A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
