We’re working with a growing business in Harrogate that’s looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of customer relationships, managing orders, stock, and forecasts, while playing a key part in helping the business grow.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of customer accounts, providing proactive solutions and support
Manage order placement, forecasting, and stock levels
Build strong, lasting relationships with both customers and internal teams
Help drive business growth and win market share from competitors
Travel occasionally to meet with clients
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service skills and experience in an office environment
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
Comfortable using Excel, email, and CRM systems
