ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN – JUNIOR / EARLY-CAREER Location: Northwest England Salary: £24k–£30k (depending on experience) Company Overview: An established, small architectural design practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their close-knit team of three. The practice works across a range of sectors, including petrol forecourts, drive-thru outlets, and developer-led residential schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their career in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Assist in the production of accurate technical drawings and construction information using AutoCAD Work across various project types from residential to commercial retail-led schemes Support the team through all RIBA stages as required Collaborate with colleagues to ensure drawings and specifications are accurate and coordinated Attend site visits as needed to assist with surveys or technical queries Requirements: Graduate or early-career Architectural Technician with relevant experience Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus but not essential) Basic understanding of technical detailing and construction information Strong communication and teamworking skills Enthusiastic, organised, and keen to develop within a small practice environment Why Apply: This role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to learn from experienced designers in a small, friendly team.
