<div><strong>Senior Flight Control Hardware Engineer</strong></div><div><strong>Lafayette, LA | Full-Time | Drone Electronics</strong></div><div><strong>Help design the hardware behind America's next generation of drones.</strong></div><div>DMR Technologies is seeking a <strong>Flight Control Hardware Engineer</strong> to lead the design, revision, validation, and production of our drone flight control electronics.</div><div>This position owns hardware from concept through production while working alongside firmware and manufacturing teams.</div><div><strong>What You'll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Design and revise flight controller hardware</li>
<li>Create schematics and PCB layouts</li>
<li>Select components and manage EOL replacements</li>
<li>Support prototype builds and production</li>
<li>Optimize manufacturability</li>
<li>Collaborate with firmware engineers</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>5+ years of hardware design experience</li>
<li>Altium, PADS, or similar PCB tools</li>
<li>Drone, robotics, aerospace, or industrial electronics</li>
<li>Experience with GNSS, RTK, IMU, MCU, power electronics</li>
<li>Mass production experience</li>
