We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven individual with a proven track record in luxury watch sales and exceptional client relationship skills.

The Role

As a Rolex Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience whilst developing long-term relationships with an established and discerning client base.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Advising customers on the Rolex collection and wider luxury watch portfolio.
• Managing enquiries, appointments and client follow-up activity.
• Working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Developing new business opportunities through networking and client development.
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and brand representation.

Requirements

• Previous experience selling Rolex watches is highly desirable.
• Experience within a luxury watch, jewellery or premium retail environment.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for luxury watches and client service.
• Professional, polished and highly motivated approach.
