<p>A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced <strong>Asbestos Surveyor</strong> to support a growing workload across Southampton and the wider South Coast region. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor seeking a stable role with a structured workload and strong long-term prospects.</p>
<p>This position is focused primarily on surveying, offering a consistent and well-managed pipeline of work across domestic, commercial, and public sector sites.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong><br />Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys</p>
<p>Conducting bulk sampling across a range of property types</p>
<p>Producing accurate and compliant survey reports in line with HSG264</p>
<p>Managing workload efficiently across multiple sites</p>
<p>Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSE guidance and company procedures</p>
<p>Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams</p>

<p><strong>About You</strong><br />BOHS P402 (essential)</p>
<p>Full UK driving licence</p>
<p>Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor</p>
<p>Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG264 guidance</p>
<p>Professional, organised, and reliable</p>
<p>Strong communication skills</p>
