Für ein wachsendes FinTech im Rhein-Main-Gebiet suchen wir aktuell einen Senior Risk Manager Governance (m/w/d). Diese Position bietet geeigneten KandidatInnen die Möglichkeit, die disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von drei Personen zu übernehmen und Ihre breite Erfahrung in verschiedene Risikoarten sowie regulatorische Fragestellungen einzubringen.
 
Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Risikoinventur, Reporting und operative Steuerung einzelner Risikoarten
• Fachliche und ggf. disziplinarische Führung des Teams
• Prüfung, Beratung und Antizipation von regulatorischen Anforderungen
• Aktive Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements und Einbringen breiter Erfahrung als fachliche Ansprechperson für Team und Fachbereiche

 
 
Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der MaRisk, Validierung und Backtesting
• Sprachen: Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (C1)
