Project management in Hydro ensures that construction projects and complex initiatives are delivered safely, effectively, on time, within scope, and on budget.

As part of our project management team, your responsibilities may include:
Planning, organizing, and managing multidisciplinary resources to fulfill project objectives, while balancing time, cost, quality, and risk
Leading strategic business or technical projects, from early phase concept development to execution and closure
Coordinating stakeholders and aligning project objectives with business strategy
Advising on technical aspects such as concept selection, design solutions, quality assurance and financial performance
Applying project management methodologies and tools to ensure predictability, accountability, and continuous improvement
Supporting a culture of structured execution and learning across the organization, always with safety as the number one priority
