TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is a technology-driven organisation specialising in the research and development of software used to analyse and trade markets. Their work is highly data-driven and supported by automated systems developed by a collaborative team of researchers and software engineers. They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the progress of multiple internal technical initiatives and support the continued growth of the team. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track progress across multiple technical projects Develop and maintain project roadmaps Prioritise tasks and adapt plans to changing requirements Implement and refine project management processes Identify risks and opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation Work closely with developers and researchers to coordinate project delivery Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements Mentor and coordinate junior team members where appropriate Candidate Profile BSc degree or higher in a technical, engineering, or related discipline Several years' experience managing complex technical projects Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure Programming experience with C# and the .NET platform Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
