Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain beneficial relationships with ISOs, connecting lenders with businesses that meet our RBFcriteria.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Cycle Management: Actively generate leads through ISO partners and manage the complete sales cycle from the initial contact through to loan completion.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities and drive growth.
  • Engaging Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of our RBF offerings to ISOs and their clients.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within financial services or lending.
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with ISOs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a strong drive to surpass goals.
  • Preferred: Experience leading Business Development teams in the revenue-based lending industry.
  • Six-Figure base salary and anticipated first-year total compensation between $150,000 to $250,000, alongside a robust commission structure that rewards for renewals.
