Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, product\solution and commercially minded Sales Expert (m/f/d) Partner Solution to join our Partner Business Operations team. In this role, you will the expert PoC for our global partner network for technical and commercial consultation on our NACOS portfolio solutions, support partners in creation of their offers and ensure correct creation of our offers, ensure accurate clarification and processing of partner orders. Working closely with internal stakeholders and our global partner network, you will play a key role in supporting commercial & technological success and building long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and technical guidance to partners on NACOS Marine’s standard Automation & Navigation portfolio
- Prepare quotations, cost budgets, offer documentation, and commercial terms based on partner requests
- Collect and clarify technical specifications to ensure accurate scope definition and order handling
- Ensure complete offer verification, order validation, and handover to order processing team
- Maintain CRM data and partner documentation, including pricing templates and product data
- Support strategic partner engagements, including recurring business, negotiations, and solution presentations
- Coordinate internally with Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, and Product Management to ensure smooth delivery
- Gather partner and market feedback to support continuous improvement of our portfolio and sales strategies
Key Requirements
- Background in sales or account/partner management of Automation & Navigation systems or related technical products
- Accurate in administration, offer creation, documentation, and order verification
- Works with solution-based and strategic selling methodologies
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial decision-making skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Demonstrates a strong drive for performance with a positive, can-do attitude
