You will:<ul><li>Lead and manage nursing teams to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care</li><li>Provide coaching, development, and mentorship to nurse leaders and staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, and state regulations</li><li>Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning</li><li>Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals</li><li>Participate in leadership meetings and support strategic decision‑making</li></ul> How We Support You You’ll operate with autonomy at the facility level while benefiting from Acadia Healthcare’s national resources:<ul><li>Corporate Nurse Executive Support for regulatory guidance and clinical best practices</li><li>Corporate Recruiting Partnership to help you build a strong and stable nursing team</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred</li><li>Active RN license in the state required</li><li>Minimum 3 years RN experience (6+ years preferred)</li><li>Behavioral health nursing experience:<ul><li>1 year required (inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric, addiction recovery, or related)</li><li>2 years preferred</li></ul></li><li>Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred</li><li>2 years of progressive leadership or management experience required</li></ul> Ready to Make a Meaningful Impact?
