About the role:
Justteachers is recruiting a dedicated Specialist SEND Support Worker in Preston. This is a long‑term role leading to permanent, starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
<ul>
<li>Supporting pupils with SEND needs on a 1:1 and group basis</li>
<li>Assisting with learning, behaviour and routines</li>
<li>Promoting independence and engagement</li>
<li>Working closely with teaching staff</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Experience in SEND or support work</li>
<li>A patient and empathetic approach</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to support varied needs</li>
</ul>
