- Exposure to Agile and DevOps support models.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards, including GDPR and HIPAA.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation, knowledge management, and communication skills.
