<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p><span>The Plant Operator is responsible for collecting and analyzing samples throughout the Ethanol Process, including Milling, Cook, Fermentation, Evaporation, Distillation/Dehydration, Centrifuges/Dryers and Water Treatment. <br /></span><br /><strong>SALARY<br /></strong><br />$22-$29/hr – Commensurate with experience</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<br /></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Reports to the Board Operator and the Lead Operator any analyses that are not in operating specification so changes to the process can be made.</span></li>
<li><span>Trained to handle and mix various chemicals that are added to the process. </span></li>
<li><span>Learn the process flows throughout the plant and assist other team members in troubleshooting the plant process.</span></li>
<li><span>Trained to operate the plant from the Distributive Control System.</span></li>
<li><span>The Plant Operator will be part of a four-team member crew.</span></li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous related plant work experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work successfully in a team environment</li>
<li>Ability to follow direction and Standard Operating Procedures in a safe manner</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend basic English</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
</ul>
