<h3>Duties</h3>

<li>Manage all aspects of audit or review engagements for several clients simultaneously</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their businesses and control systems; develop and maintain strong client rapport</li>
<li>Keep the Partner informed on important client updates and recommend solutions for any emerging issues</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong technical skills, uphold work quality, and apply professional standards while offering client advice</li>
<li>Create and adhere to engagement schedules</li>
<li>Maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s audit approach</li>
<li>Establish, track, and adhere to budgets for Assurance and Advisory projects; address budget overruns and identify change order opportunities</li>
<li>Foresee potential challenges and address arising questions</li>
<li>Review financial statements and other client deliverables</li>
<li>Supervise and review work performed by staff accountants and senior accountants</li>
<li>Play a crucial role in staff evaluations, reviews, and development</li>
<li>Contribute to the firm’s Business Development efforts</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field</li>
<li>At least five years of public accounting experience, specifically auditing non-profit clients</li>
<li>Active CPA license</li>

<li>Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively</li>
<li>Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines efficiently</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the US</li>
<li>Responsive to training, supervision, and feedback</li>
<li>Experience in directing, reviewing, and training staff</li>
