JOB DESCRIPTION

Full-time, Commission-based
Wrightway Home Improvements has been a trusted name in exterior remodeling for over 45 years. As we expand in Oshkosh, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to represent high-quality home improvement products, including replacement windows, doors, gutters, decks, roofing, and siding.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners, educating them on our products and services and providing solutions for exterior home improvement renovations.
• Build rapport and establish trust to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Follow up with potential customers and manage the sales process to close deals.
• Work days, evenings, and weekends as needed to accommodate homeowners’ schedules.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge through company-provided training.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—our training program will set you up for success.
