We are looking for a full-time, permanent, Cage Repair Operative to join us in Magna Park for our client, Asda. The site is a fast-paced, diverse environment, with plenty of development opportunities available.

• You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, on a shift pattern of 4on4off 06:00-18:00.
• Please be aware that the shift for first 2-3 weeks will be Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00 due to the training.

• Hourly rate of £12.71 + welding bonus once you have completed the training.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Repair roll cages using hand tools and power tools
• Fit roll cage components
• Carry out general roll cage maintenance duties.
• Ensure a hazard free zone by guaranteeing that all work areas are kept clean and tidy

What you need to succeed:

• No relatable experience required – all training will be provided
• Willingness to receive welding training unless you already have a certificate and experience
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn something new
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work
