Job Description
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
- Support employee relations, including handling queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Advise on performance management and development processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on HR metrics and data.
- Offer support in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role within any sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
What's on Offer
- Daily rate of £14.00 - £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
