• Role: Cover Supervisor – Long-term Supply

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects
• Deliver pre‑planned work to students
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Provide feedback to teaching staff
• Build positive relationships with students and colleagues

Pre-requisites:

• Experience working with young people
• Strong classroom management skills and Cover Supervisor experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Two professional or education-based references
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
