<div> <div> <p><strong>Ventilation Project Manager </strong></p> <p><strong>Suitable for:</strong> Mechanical Project Manager, HVAC Project Manager, Ventilation Project Manager, Building Services Project Manager, Cleanroom Project Manager, Life Sciences Project Manager</p> <hr /> <h3><strong>Overview</strong></h3> <p>A specialist mechanical contractor delivering high-spec ventilation and air movement solutions into healthcare, life sciences and research environments is seeking a Project Manager due to sustained growth.</p> <p>You will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical and ventilation-led projects, typically ranging from £100k to £5m. Projects are technically complex, often involving critical environments such as operating theatres, containment laboratories and cleanrooms.</p> <p>Scope includes:</p> <ul> <li>End-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover</li> <li>Managing HVAC packages including AHUs, ductwork, filtration systems and associated controls</li> <li>Coordinating design &amp; build elements with internal teams and external consultants</li> <li>Overseeing programme, cost control, subcontractor management and site delivery</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with healthcare and cleanroom standards (HTM, ISO classifications, etc.)</li> <li>Client-facing role working with NHS, private healthcare and research organisations</li> </ul> <p>Projects are UK-wide, with a bias towards the North-West. Travel is required, with flexibility on base location.</p> <hr /> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years&#8217; experience within an M&amp;E / HVAC contracting environment</li> <li>Proven track record delivering mechanical or ventilation projects</li> <li>Experience in healthcare, cleanroom, pharmaceutical or laboratory environments is highly desirable</li> <li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems (AHUs, ductwork, filtration, pressure regimes)</li> <li>HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience)</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability</li> </ul> <hr /> <h3><strong>Package</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Salary £55,000-£65,000 </li> <li>Car/allowance</li> <li>Company pension</li> <li>25 days holiday + bank holidays</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p>WR HVAC | M&amp;E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
