We are seeking an experienced HLTA to join a specialist SEMH provision in Burgess Hill. This role involves supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, working closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support and maintain a structured, supportive learning environment.
The Role Includes:
Supporting learning and behaviour management across the provision
Delivering small group or one-to-one interventions
Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement
Adhering to safeguarding procedures at all times
