<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">A well-established and highly respected <strong>international freight forwarding and logistics organisation</strong> is looking to recruit an <strong>Air Freight Operations Coordinator (Export)</strong> to join its growing, friendly team based in <strong>Bridgend</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">This is an excellent opportunity for someone with <strong>air freight or freight forwarding experience</strong> who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and wants to be part of a supportive team with strong industry expertise.</span></p>

<h1><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">What We’re Looking For</span></h1>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">We’re looking for someone who:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Has a good understanding of <strong>export processes and documentation</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple shipments</span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Communicates confidently with customers and partners</span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Works well within a small team environment</span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Is proactive and keen to develop within the logistics sector</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px"><strong>Salary:</strong> £26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)</span></p>
