We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Trainee Dental Nurse to join a progressive private dental practice in North Shields.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 3:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm
(Flexible full-time and part-time roles available, shift patterns discussed at interview)
Role Responsibilities:
Preparing treatment rooms and equipment prior to procedures
Assisting dentists chairside during a range of treatments
Maintaining strict infection control and decontamination standards
Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their visit
Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Working towards completion of a recognised dental nursing qualification
Skills and Requirements:
Enrolled on, or planning to enrol on, a dental nursing course
Excellent spoken and written English
Friendly, caring, and professional approach
Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a team
Genuine interest in dentistry and healthcare
Willingness to complete a dental nursing qualification
Previous chairside assisting experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
