We’re working with a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Northumberland to help them find a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead their award-winning F&B operation.

£37,500 per annum plus £2,500 service charge

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
Overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple F&B outlets
Leading from the front – this is a very hands-on position
Managing a large team and ensuring the highest service standards
Working closely with the kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service
Supporting training and development across all departments
Driving operational improvements and customer satisfaction
