Are you in Print Production, or possibly have moved into Account handling and fed up with not being considered for an external Sales position because you have ‘no previous experience’ ? If you are looking to branch out into Sales – but would prefer to remain within a Print related position then please read the following recruitment notes:- Van Sales Representative. The successful Candidate will already be based in the Southern Home Counties / South London, South East / South Coast – out as far West as Wiltshire. Our Client is an established and successful sm/med sized Pressroom Consumables Supplier. They wish to appoint an experienced Print Production Candidate / or Print Account Handler who is actively seeking to break into a Customer ‘interfacing’ position as a Van Sales Representative – a position where, generally speaking, many sales people go on to develop their careers. For this opportunity you will Not need to have a proven track record in sales development – however you will have a ‘hands on’ working knowledge of Litho or Wide Format / Digital Print Production and therefore you will have an understanding of / have an insight into selling: – Litho Inks & Supplies – Wide Format / Digital Printing Inks & Media The Client is looking to expand their operation further in the UK and, having successfully appointed someone from a Print Production background already, they wish to repeat the process to other parts of the South The role is a ‘entry level’ step into a Sales environment i.e. it is a delivery / van sales position where the successful candidate will be able to speak to customers and, because of their knowledge of Print Production – and understanding from a Customers perspective, you will be able to identify and develop further opportunities to supply a wide range of Pressroom Consumables. Remuneration: £25-30k basic salary plus Commission.
