About the Role
We are looking for an independent and proactive IT Recruiter who feels confident running end‑to‑end recruitment processes and partnering with business stakeholders. You will focus primarily on roles within the Salesforce ecosystem, working in a dynamic environment at the intersection of IT and consulting. Duties
Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles within the Salesforce ecosystem (from intake to offer stage)
Run recruitment projects for stakeholders in Poland and internationally
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, networking, and your own creative methods
Build, grow, and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs
Screen and assess candidates for both technical fit and role alignment
Build long-term relationships with candidates and nurture an engaged talent community
Create compelling job descriptions aligned with market standards and role specifics
Collaborate closely with hiring managers on requirements, market insights, and recruitment progress
Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires
Keep recruitment and HR systems up to date and prepare necessary HR reports
Co-create and improve internal recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
Required skills
At least 3+ year of experience in recruitment or HR (experience recruiting IT/Salesforce roles is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trustworthy, long-term relationships
Very good command of MS Office
Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in Polish and English (min. B2)
