Sales Negotiator – Kingsbridge | OTE up to £35,000

About the Role
You will play a key front-line role in the property sales process, including:
Managing client and customer enquiries
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers
Overseeing sales progression
You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that enjoys a mix of professional collaboration and social activities.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be polished, professional, and well‑organised
Have strong communication, literacy and IT skills
Be experienced in residential property sales with at least two years recent experience
Be articulate, well-presented, hardworking, and a genuine team player
Be confident handling responsibilities in the manager’s absence, including negotiation and sales progression
This role is well-suited to someone seeking a long-term career rather than just a job, with clear promotion prospects and strong earning potential.
Salary & Benefits
OTE: approx. £35,000
Basic salary: £25,000–£27,000 (depending on experience)
Pooled commission
Mileage allowance for business travel
Working some Saturdays on a rota basis
Full UK driving licence and own car required
