The role involves leading product vision, driving Agile delivery, providing technical guidance, supporting AI-assisted coding, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

• Define and communicate product vision aligned to mission objectives and user needs
• Present product strategy, roadmap, and updates to senior government stakeholders
• Own and manage product roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Drive Agile execution with a team of approximately 15 developers
• Engage directly with development teams and provide technical guidance

• Active TS clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or related roles
• Strong experience supporting Agile software development in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on technical background with full stack development (React, AWS, APIs, etc.)
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and contributing to technical decision-making
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies

• Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or DHS environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development methodologies or modern Agile frameworks
• Experience leading or supporting teams of 10+ engineers
• Working knowledge of BMAD methodology
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in secure cloud environments (GovCloud, C2S, etc.)
• Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum, AWS, etc.)
• Experience with cloud cost management, budgeting, or forecasting
