<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>Managing Quantity Surveyor Role </strong></p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">You’ll take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 3 quantity surveyors and an assistant you’ll be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss and supporting the new generation.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London has to offer.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>The Managing Quantity Surveyor – Requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 years + Experience</li>
<li>Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property experience</li>
<li>Experience of working for a main contractor</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>The desire to lead and build teams</li>
</ul>
