Citco’s Talent Acquisition team diligently reviews all applications to determine if your skills and experience align with the requirements of the role. Our hiring process is as follows (allowing for some variations depending on the location and role):

• Apply by submitting your CV/résumé through our online job portal.
• Once you have applied, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your application. We often receive a large volume of applications which may take up to a few weeks to review, allowing us to review every application thoroughly.
• If your application advances to the next stage of the process, we will be in touch with interview details, which may be conducted by phone, virtually and/or in-person.
• If you are selected, a conditional offer will be extended subject to successful completion of background checks.
• Upon acceptance of your offer, your onboarding journey will begin to help set you up for success on Day 1 and beyond.

In addition, you can log in any time to update your details and preferences. Keeping your profile updated with your skills and experience helps the Talent Acquisition team assess your skills against open opportunities, anytime.

If you have an active profile on our online job portal, you will only need to log in to the system to apply for a new vacancy. However, please ensure your profile details and CV/résumé are up-to-date when applying for a new vacancy.

If you are selected for an interview it’s because we want to know as much as we can about you to determine if your skills and experience align with the requirements of the role. We recommend that you prepare adequately for your interview by researching our company, and ensure that you know how to relate your experience for the vacancy that you’re applying for.

Whether you apply directly or have been referred by a Citco employee, our recruitment process remains the same. Once you’ve submitted your application via the unique link provided to you from your referrer, you will receive an email confirmation from our Talent Acquisition team that your application has been received. Yes. However, we do not keep personal records on file indefinitely, so we would encourage you to check our Careers/Openings page regularly and update your profile, or apply for new vacancies that are a match for your experience.

Citco does not accept unsolicited CVs/résumés from recruitment agencies or search firms. If we seek the help of a recruitment agency or search firm we require a signed supplier agreement to be in place.
