Troubleshoots, repairs and installs commercial and industrial security door locking hardware. Maintains master keying systems for both standard and small formats.</font></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3" style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </font></p><ul><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3" style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses and corrects problems involving various components. Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, latches, keepers and hinges.</font></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3" style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><font size="3"><font size="3">Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools, welding equipment, laptop computers and diagnostic hardware to perform work.</font></font></font></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3" style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Inspects and listens to equipment to diagnose malfunctions. Dismantles defective or malfunctioning machines and equipment, installs new or repaired parts, and tests operation following repair.</font></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3" style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Prepares and maintains a variety of standard operating records and reports, as required. Process all work orders, reports, and other documents in a timely manner.</font></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3" style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Completes assignments based on urgency and scheduled needs. Coordinates with facility Maintenance Supervisor in completing high priority repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and secure facility system operations.</font></li></ul></font></span><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";"></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 13.5pt;"><font size="3"><p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><font size="3"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></font></span></p><ul><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><font size="3">High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required.</font></span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><font size="3">Two years of experience with detention, commercial and industrial, mechanical and electronic locking systems hardware installation is required.</font></span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><font size="3">Locksmith certification and/or completion of Architectural Hardware Certification training preferred. </font></span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><font size="3">A valid driver's license is required.</font></span></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><font size="3">Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age. </font></span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><font size="3"><em>CoreCivic is a Drug-Free Workplace
