Your responsibilities will include: developing innovative concepts and recipes for national and international customers in the beverage sector; maintaining master data, as well as documenting and evaluating development projects; conducting laboratory mixing while adhering to time, cost, and quality specifications; handling project inquiries in close coordination with the project manager; managing innovation and product adaptation projects, including product documentation and evaluation; performing sensory and physical qualification of product samples and development products; supporting the processing of customer complaints; acting as a contact person for sales and as a liaison to customers for technical questions; and independently managing development briefings from product idea to production in coordination with the team leader.
- Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in food technology or a degree in food technology
- Experience in innovation and project management
- Knowledge of development processes, ideally in beverages
- Solid PC skills
- Very good English and good German skills, both spoken and written.
- Enthusiasm for innovative solutions and trends in the beverage market
- Self-initiative and resilience
- High social competence, service orientation and strong communication skills
