Children's SW - CSW Team - Yorkshire

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work (CSW) Team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services that promote the welfare and safeguarding of children, ensuring their needs are met effectively and empathetically.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need of support.
• Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups.
• Participating in multi-agency meetings and court proceedings as required.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to children and their families, promoting resilience and independence.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
