Bear Development’s New Housing Development in Milwaukee’s East Side is Approved
The state of Wisconsin recently released the results of its low-income housing tax credit application process. One of the approved projects is a 91-unit building from Bear Development Inc., which will be developed on a 1.6-acre vacant lot near 100 E. National Ave. in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood.
