To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children in care and knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Children Act, Care Planning Regulations).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
