About the role:
Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team at a Batley Primary school.
This role is five days per week working 8.30am – 3.30pm and will run on a long-term basis.
The successful candidate will be working at an one form entry school that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support a year 1 pupil with an EHCP for SEMH</li>
<li>Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions</li>
<li>Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs</li>
<li>Build a trusted and positive relationship with the pupil</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with EHCPs</li>
<li>A calm, patient, and proactive approach</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>A genuine passion for education and child development</li>
<li>Two school-based references</li>
</ul>
