<p><strong><u>§ Duties:</u></strong></p>
<p>The Senior Associate will handle complex family law cases, acting as a key advisor for prominent individuals managing complex family transitions.</p>
<p>⨖ Overseeing intricate marital portfolios involving the appraisal and fair allocation of varied assets, such as closely-held businesses, private equity stakes, and intricate real estate holdings.</p>
<p>⨖ Developing comprehensive litigation strategies for high-stakes custody battles, spousal support adjustments, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreement discussions.</p>
<p>⨖ Acting as a trusted confidant to a select clientele, ensuring that family law plans align with broader wealth preservation and tax planning goals.</p>
<p>⨖ Guiding junior attorneys and contributing to the firm’s growth in the Fairfield County market.</p>
<p>⨖ Building and expanding a personal client base while collaborating with the firm’s trust and estates and corporate divisions for mutual referral opportunities.</p>
</p>
<p><strong><u>§ Qualifications</u></strong></p>
<p>⨖ Doctor of Jurisprudence from an ABA-accredited school with a stellar academic background.</p>
<p>⨖ Active Bar Admission in good standing in Connecticut.</p>
<p>⨖ At least 7 to 10 years of focused experience in family law and divorce matters.</p>
<p>⨖ A portable client base valued at a minimum of $500,000.</p>
<p>⨖ Extensive trial experience and a track record of successful negotiation and settlement agreements.</p>
</p>
